In the last couple of weeks, I've been rewatching Digimon. Well, this the first time I've watched the sub. It's wonderful!

I love Jou so very much.

While rewatching Digimon, I discovered that I kind of ship Mimi and Jou! They're so adorable together and their interactions are awesome.

I agree; that cap is so cute! I'm having trouble taking my eyes of it!

I was shocked by the extent to which I LOVED Mimi/Jou. I knew that I was not OPPOSED to them as a ship, but I found every little thing they did to be the absolute cutest.

So I have always been a ~pokemon kid~ and I never really paid any attention whatsoever to digimon but I think you might have just convinced me ;_; I am going to have to look into this.

Also I figure that since you have given me like 2398578948 fantastic show recs, I should just start liking whatever you like.

(Uh, that is to say, you have really great taste! Not anything creepy or stalkery. Y'know.)

I will not lie. My love of Digimon is very much colored by the fact that it was The Show of my childhood, a little more than even Pokemon (which I also did love HOBVS). BUT honestly I do think it's a legit good show. it's pretty different than Pokemon; it's much less monster of the week and much more hey character development hey! and the KIDS. they are all so cute and ridiculous and they do grow up pretty beautifully.

so I mean YOU WOULD PROBABLY LIKE IT I THINK? it takes a few episodes to get warmed up (even rewatching, the true UNINHIBITED JOY for me does not set it until episode 7-8ish), but then it is a straight ride of nothing but happy.

(but homg Pokemon. SOMETIMES I MISS YOU A LOT TOO. especially when there were only 151 of you. :\ I watched the movie a couple weeks ago and Pikachu's Vacation really makes me feel like I'm on drugs. wtffffff.)

Pinnochimon was the most badass Dark Master, Machinedramon and MetalSeadramon were very blah and Piedmon wasn't too impressive in the end, Pinnochimon in the other hand played with the kids and if I were Takeru I'd have ended up with the biggest puppet trauma.

I approve the Jou picspam xDD You know, when I was in 5th grade a had a classmate that lookes exactly like Jou, it was amusing xD

And I still remember the first time I saw episode 54, it was in the middle of year 2000, my friends (that were mostly guys) and I were crying, it was kinda pathetic lol

Mimi and Jou are a great ship! I've always shipped them more than Mimi/Matt. Even as a kid I was kind of like... Oo. But I agree - all the Digicharacters are so damn shippable... :hugs them:

I agree with you on "My Sisters Keeper" it was actually pretty dark, and a GREAT episode. Kind of shows how messed up the characters are really - if Kari doesn't bring up she's really sick until she collapses... Oh Digimon, you and your screwed up relationships :hug again:

There are a bunch of sceens I know that I'll always remember too. Like, Angemon dying. D: That actually REALLY hurt as a kid. I didn't understand the fact that Digimon came back. All I knew is that my favorite digimon had died. Way to scar me for life Digimon

And Pinnochimon really is a fucked up version of the Tin Man. Really.
