I am unaware of adware on firefox. It's my main browser.

As far as I know I haven't changed any profile settings...quite frankly, I wouldn't know how to change them.

Looks like it's more than just uninstalling the browser extension. Have you also uninstalled the Scorpion Saver program itself? (That's probably what's letting it reinstall itself into Firefox every time you change profile settings.) Found a few different paths to clearing it up, maybe one will work for you:
