BD and I were talking about StT a week ago as we drove to Montpelier for a mother-daughter day out and she uttered the magic words, words she'd come across somewhere in the blogosphere, words that I chose for the subject of today's post: "digital or analog."

I wanted to wear a tux to my high school prom! But the guy who asked me, Mike, refused to take me unless I wore a dress. So I skipped it, and he took someone else and had a terrible time. Interestingly, years later, Mike proved to be gay, and I am not.
