Things I Accomplished Today

• Found and reestablished contact with an old friend I haven't seen in probably 7 years.  Note to self: MySpace is good for more than sucking hours of my life away.
• Finished the script for chapter 4 of The Riverside Mysteries.  I'll let it incubate for a couple days, then go back and clean it up before forwarding it on to Steve.

How did the tofu dish turn out? Tim has some great tofu recipes as well...sadly I am no longer allowed to cook tofu after the tofu sandwiches incident

It was good! It was just a little bit bland for my taste... but that might have just been because I eyeballed all the measurements.

If I was going to make it again (and Trelina liked it a lot, so I might), I'll probably replace a couple cups of tomato sauce with pureed or diced tomatoes, and double the curry and ginger.
