We're back from our weekend camping trip. This is the first time we've camped for 2 nights (which I thought was great, but Rob felt rushed on Friday). There are definitely some campsites that are much better than others there, and fortunately even though we had a crappy one reserved we were able to switch to a better one. Sounds like a fun weekend! Hayle must have been so happy on the trails and in the water. :) It looks like a beautiful place.

It really was very nice. And we barely even explored 1/3 of it, probably not even that much. We'll have to go back sometime - after we've made a first visit to a few other great-sounding parks in the MD/VA area.

On Saturday, I was on the other side of the river at Port Deposit for the Capt John Smith celebration ... I should have waved .. ;o)

Yaay! Hayle looks so happy. =) And you had very nice weather.

It's too bad you couldn't catch the deer on film because that must have been awesome!

It was amazing to be so close to them. I wish I'd gotten a picture. Oh well.
