I miss him. Caprica muses as she lays in her bed. It’s been months since she’s talked to him and even longer since she’s seen him. The messages they sent to each other via his lawyer were not enough. She wants to lay her eyes on him, to run her finger tips over his face. She wonders if he still has a beard.
She has no idea. And that kills her. She has not never stopped loving him and Caprica doubts she ever will. The things she would give to whisper in his ear one last time, I love you.
I miss her. Gaius realizes as he lays next to Tori in his bed. He hasn’t spoken to her or seen her in ages. He wants to, of course, but they wouldn’t let him anywhere near her cell. As much as he wants to hold her hand and touch her face, he can’t.
He does see her, though, but it’s not truly her. His mental projection is with him often. But it is not the same. She’s not real. He would do anything to hold her face in his hands and whisper against her lips, just once, I love you.
