This is about the same reaction my son has when he opens a package of Jammie Dodgers. He LOVES them. We got a few packs of the Doctor's favorite cookie from the UK for Christmas and while there is nothing like the real deal, I had to find a way to fill the Jammie Dodger void until next Christmas

Thank you :0) I have never made them before but I used parchment paper and following the recipe, chilled the dough once it was rolled out and I think those two things helped alot in getting the cookies to the cookie sheet in one piece. I made half the recipe which was a good thing as they didn't last long LOL.
I try not to bake too much because our waistline suffers :0( but I am a baker. I don't really enjoy cooking meals but dessert is another story :0)
Just have to get the center spread figured out and we will have an all around winner :0)
