So today called the water-boarding on-boarding company who informed me they had completed my file and passed it on, and the HR rep who said she had received it and they could hire me.

So now I have an email in to my (hopefully) soon-to-be boss to try and set a start date.

This Thursday will be 3 months from my first interview with them.
