They really are :( I hate them muchly, especially the entitlement asshats at the elementary school that I HAVE to drive past to get out of my development. I cannot wait until I move away from them in May or June, whenever my new house is built.

:) We have this reporting number down here specifically for that so all I had to do was call it in there. It was really nice though I was tempted to stop and talk to the police officer myself. I did give my name and such for a statement later, if they found her to be drunk or something.
