Good for Matt for putting the smack down on those fools but I'm glad he gave the manager a piece of his mind since the girl was probably following orders. Next time when the manager refuse to give him the part number either he get his name or tell the guy 'no, I want the number of the part or I'll go some place else'. And these stores wonder why they losing customers. Tell Matt he rock.
What does this mean "snoozed our exit"? Did you both fall asleep and miss your exit (let's hope not)? I've never seen "snooze" as a transitive verb before ...

I agree; it's best NOT to give a dog people food, because then they'll expect to get a bit of whatever you're eating ALL the time.
