My point exactly! There are plenty of idiots that agree with them around here...plus it's cheaper. So it's more cost-effective. They're crackpots...but they know their base.

We do our best to set an example as "happy homosexuals". We play at the store, dance in the aisles, i sing karaoke at Costco...i even kissed Matt at the Auto Show last month. Fuck 'em...i was stuffed in a green closet for all those years defending freedom...it's my turn to have some!! WOOF!!

sometimes it makes you question why we do what we do to make the country the way it is...it seems freedom of speech only works on one side, and it seems people forget what this country was started for. freedom FROM religion and so on and so forth.

"And the democratic party pretty much just gives us lip service since they KNOW there's no way that we'll go to the Republicans..."

Welcome to political life as a minority in the good ole U.S. of A. Sigh...

What I hear about those de-homofying programs is that they fail 90% of the time. The other 10% lives their lives as celibates. I guess that's a choice they can live with, and I'm all for people living as they choose. However, cannot imagine a benevolent God who would want to deny true love (and all that comes with it) to His children.

PS. Cheer yourself up by listening to Willie Nelson's new cover of the Pansy Division's "Cowboys are Secretly, Frequently (Fond of Each Other)." Available at iTunes, as blogged here: http://thikstache.livejournal.com/131873.html.

Just another reason why i am so anti-religion. It's just a way to control people and keep them in-line. The reason most people are even IN a certain religion is that they were brainwashed from Day One or were having a crisis and therefore, emotionally weak and ripe for the picking. Don't get me started....

PS: Yeah, just heard about Willie's cover...can't wait to hear it. i love the original!! Willie rocks!!
