The pipes in the morning

Cycling to work, as usual but in the sun (not very usual!), I heard/saw a bagpiper standing (in shorts and T-shirt - not in a kilt) by my favourite stretch of river, playing his music into the morning air.  Was he Andy Murray's brother

I was kinda speaking figuratively (i.e. the camera will be handy for the next strange sight) but - bagpipers are not so uncommon here. Oxford attracts the weird (as you can tell ha ha)

We used to have a regular bagpiping busker known as The Menace but he returned home to Australia a while back. Leaving the field free. If not the tree :=)

bagpipers I am aware of is the ones who play at funerals when police are killed.

Bagpipes! Don't hear those much around here. It's nice to come across something unexpected.
