The pipes in the morning
Cycling to work, as usual but in the sun (not very usual!), I heard/saw a bagpiper standing (in shorts and T-shirt - not in a kilt) by my favourite stretch of river, playing his music into the morning air. Was he Andy Murray's brother?!
Note for people who news doesn't include sport/Western content: Andy Murray is a Scottish-British tennis player who won the US Open in New York yesterday. The Scots like to celebrate with bagpipes :=)
The sad thing is that, last night, I made the (sensible but wrong) decision to take my camera out of my rucksack (because I thought that all the bumping around wasn't good for it). I will put it back in again, even though I know that the bagpiper will be gone. (There's always the next bagpiper, eh?)
