Good news! I do have a summer job! I'll be working at the Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreation River from mid-May through early September. This is pretty much the closest national park service site to my hometown region of Binghamton, NY. I'll be living about an hour and a half away. It's been a good season for me this past few months. Still loving the "full-timer" life in my little travel trailer. Still single though, sadly. (A few near-misses.) So nights can be somewhat lonely. I just realized I didn't update my "basics" post (the floating topmost post) since living in NM. Heh... yeah, fixed that now. Amazing how much changes so quickly with me.

Happy Holidays!
It's not much of a holiday for me, honestly. I had last Tuesday and Wednesday off (my standard "weekend") then worked half of Thursday, today I'm off, but back to work tomorrow.
That leaves me with plenty of free-time to be bored but not enough of it in a row to actually go anywhere or visit anyone. ( Read more... )
