It seems you all liked "Reading in Wonderland". It is beautiful! I want to thank Amanda for coming up with it, and I want to thank all of you for taking the time to vote. Hey all!

I realize that we're about to switch to a new community, but I figure I can re-post these questions there if necessary. I found some great discussion questions online about this book which might facilitate some interesting conversation.
( Warning there may be SPOILERS )

Poll I'll leave the poll open until tomorrow, Monday, night and once we have the results I'll get to work on creating the new page for us. Everything should be up and running by Tuesday afternoon and we can then figure out the list for rereads and vote for our book selections for next month.

Alright, there's been a few questions as to what we should do about this community. All and any feedback is welcome and encouraged.
Do you guys want to set up a new community? I can do that easily and let you all know. Or, we could continue with this one.

If you ladies , the few of us still here, want to continue with a book a month and maybe a reread, I'd be completely willing to put together a poll. If you post some book suggestion I'll put together a list, we can vote on them and decide what we want to do.

Just out of curiousity, is anyone going to read "Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress"? I found a copy and want to read it for the first time, but was just wondering if anyone wanted to chat about it (when I've finished what I'm currently on - 'Remarkable Creatures' by Tracy Chevalier and then the book itself ( Read more... )
