I had it for Wii, but I imagine things can't be *too* awfully different ? I hated it. I returned it to Amazon for $$ and bought a Zelda book. ;D

Feel free to disregard me, but I figured just in case you don't get many other comments you at least got this one ! :)

Don't bother, while it is similar to the pc version much like the other console versions of the Sims from Bustin Out to the Urbz it is pretty horrible. The graphics stink, the sandbox abilities of the game are limited and the ability to create decent Sims is even more limited than it was in the Sims 2 versions of the game.

To be honest you would be better off renting something else and if you intent to buy something invest in an new expansion or stuff pack for the game.

I love the sims but I have never enjoyed it on console. If your curious, you can rent it but my favourite part of the sims was building up the familes and interacting, but with console, I couldnt get used to the layout, it all felt a bit wishy washy and it just didnt feel fun but thats my opinion :)

It seems that that's the general consensus -spelling fail-

I'll probably rent Dragon Age instead :)

If you have enough memory on your PC, do get it for your pc, as I love playing it there :)

It is good enough if you can't get it on the PC.

Mind you PC downloads/purchases don't transfer over to the console version AFAIK.

I know. I don't even have Sims 3 installed on my laptop anymore- my graphics card isn't good enough. I'm talking game play wise, of course I haven't heard anything good about it so far.

It really wasn't that great having played it myself. It's no different really than the PC version. If you have that one, then you're really better off. It's not like Sims 2 where it had a quest/mission like game play.

Well, if it's not much different than the PC version (which was fun, minus my bad graphics card) I might check it out.
