What if whenever I found myself angry instead of indulging in it, tried to use it to make a positive change? Could that work? What impact would that have on my immediate world? How would that impact the larger world?
I was so excited today. Today I got to go back to yoga after missing the first 2 weeks, due to my wisdom teeth extractions. I can finally eat some whole (though not hard) foods, and put my head below my heart! Yes
