It never really mattered to Reka. There were good times and bad times in her life but they weren’t bound to any particular part of the day. She preferred mornings recently though, mostly because it was the most refreshing part of the day in Los Angeles, where she lived. And it wasn’t different in Switzerland, especially not on a bright summer

Hsu was in his study when a call from the stables came through. Taking the cigarette out of his mouth -- and how glad he was that he could enjoy that indulgence once again -- he answered it. "Haag...She did....Good....Nein, next time she gets the same horse again...Ja, inform me whenever she visits the stables." He hung up, a satisfied but determined look in his eyes. No risks would be taken when it came to the well being of his child. None. And Réka had to accept that.
