Yes, the kids did have a sleep over in the tents last night. Not so bad through the night, but the earliest riser was the little girl who runs around screaming at the top of her lungs, which she was happy to do at 6am, waking everyone up

I had problems logging on to my friends page on Lj too - I eventually got on and it seems OK now thank goodness.

They are little horrors, but mostly the parents fault to be honest. They let them run wild.

Well I'm not on dreamwidth, I did wander over to insane journal, but it is even more quiet than before.

I haven't had a comment from IJ in years and few people I know keep up with it, so I'm inclined to give up on it.

There's a lot of buzz about DW so I got an OpenID and intend to set up an account when the invite code turns up, but it's mainly for name-squatting and a chance to look around and see what, if anything, is better than LJ.

Yes, after all the buzz about greatest journal and insane journal, I'm not rushing into a new one.

I find DW a bit offputting as I always think Doctor Who when I see it. Got my fandom head on too much.

Oh yes. The ones across the garden had a kids tent they set up, but I don't remember the kids ever being allowed to sleep in it.
