Right the plan for today was to go to Argos and buy a new drill and step ladder for me, my old drill and step ladder not being fit for the purpose. Instead David brought over his old drill. I can do the lotus position again! I've been doing exersices every morning to try and get some fitness and muscle tone back as well as flexiblity, and today I feel as if it has paid off. I'm also not feeling faint in the mornings. I hope this continues when 'that time of the month' is here.

Thinking of going into Glasgow tomorrow. David has gone high again, but, thankfully, isn't driving. I can pretty easily get into Glasgow and go to the Italian Center. Maybe for lunch.

Ordered a Ski Jacket which, hopefully, will arrive today. Brown, and David has offered to pay for it. Got it in the sales.

Started the medication today, it is only a week's course. I have to drink a lot of water and take them with food, three times a day. I'm still on the iron tables as well, so taking a lot of medication, therefore I've been waiting to get the next item, medically, on my list sorted.

Ronnie and I watched 'Monster Movie' today. Ronnie loved it, and kept to the Halloween theme. Then we had my Chinese Vegetable Soup (really easy, the only thing that takes a bit of time is boiling the water, honest). Anyone wants the recipe just ask, followed by a Vegatarian Pizza.
