My daughter and I went to a concert tonight. MUSE and Silversun Pickups. More later...I'm starting to hit the wall here. We danced our asses off. Oustanding visual stimulation watching skinny English Boys make a gigantic noise with their instruments. Really brilliant!! ARGH!

I heard that was a great concert and that the staging was amazing...I'm so glad you got tickets.

Oh, it really was quite astounding. And the staging really was something!

Even if you had crappy seats behind the stage, the way that it was set up, it didn't much matter. The drummer was on a turntable and I'm pretty sure that it was a see-thru set. The lighting was fantastic! I got some photos and videos on my phone camera, but have yet to download them to see how they really turned out

It was awesome, and I rarely use that word lightly.

It's hard to believe that there's only three of them playing. Every song you could imagine, they played. And the crowd sang along right on cue.

I danced my ass off, to the point where I was getting Charlie Horses in my ribs and was bopping around in quite a lot of pain for a while as my abs and other assorted rib muscles were spazzing out. That was pretty much the only time I really had to sit down and try to be still...which was really impossible.

My voice was hoarse afterwards from all the yell-singing and hooting and hollering I was doing. My ears were ringing for a couple of days. It was really a great time. Really great.
