I just ran my PRT. I just did 2 minutes of push-ups, 2 minutes of sit-ups, and an 1.5 mile run. All the times I've taken this test, I've averaged 42 push-ups, 70 sit-ups and a 12:25 run. Today I tested with 55 push-ups, 79 sit-ups, and an 11:37 run. Holy Crow. I can't believe how quickly I ran today. I had a large group of friends stationed around ( Read more... )

Ok, so anything slightly off the beaten path does tend to appeal to me. Pullips, for example!
