The weather is getting better by the hour.

There are way too movies out right now that I want to see and not enough time to see them. A list, mostly for my own reference. Though, maybe you can tell me that some of them aren't worth seeing and then I can knock them off my list...

THE GOLDEN COMPASS NOT WORTH SEEING. Especially if you're expecting something out of it. Heh I want to watch 1,5,6,7,9 on your list :D

I've heard very divided things about Golden Compass. I feel like at this point it will probably wind up waiting for DVD anyway. I would much rather see Sweeney, Atonement, and National Treasure over that movie.

Well fine, maybe it's okay as a children's movie but definitely not as an adaptation.

I hadn't spoken to Ashleigh before she died. The last time I talked to her was a few years ago when she mentioned she was doing some production work on a film. She was in AA with my mom (and later went back out drinking and using) and babysat me for years. She'll be missed<333

I didn't know you knew her. It's so sad when lives are taken too young. :(

Yeah, she moved to the Richmond/Vancouver area and stayed here. She was THE coolest babysitter ever. She had a ton of tattoos, told great stories and basically let myself and my friend Kayla do whatever we wanted. I adored her.

Well, I'm going to see Sweeney Todd as soon as it comes out. Atonement I might end up waiting until the dvd to see though.

I feel like most of these will probably wind up waiting til DVD, but that's not so bad because things come out so fast these days.
