After crawling out of his crib Friday night giving me nightmares of him falling and breaking his neck, I put the toddler rails on Jake's bed yesterday. He ended up sleeping with me last night. I couldn't keep him in the bed. I hope he gets over the newness of it quickly. I think the medicine he took last night had him a bit wired too. I'll try

Yeah, I suspect that when I finally have to put the toddler rail on Mia's crib I will just have to remove everything from her room, have drawer locks on the dresser drawers (or she'll pull everything out) and tie the knobs on her closet together to keep her out of there too. And then just close the door.

I have a friend who's daughter ended up falling asleep on her bedroom floor for a few nights, and they just went in after she was solidly asleep and transferred her to the bed so she'd wake up in it

I didn't try again last night because I didn't feel good, but we'll try again tonight. I'm going to try to wear his butt out this afternoon so he's good and tired. :)
