Yesterday, ON THE WAY TO THE LAWYER'S OFFICE, my Realtor Tarah called and said that I need to go to her office instead. Why? Because Fannie Mae had to reject every page of our paperwork because they weren't THEIR forms and the listing agent could have told us that weeks ago

The main problem is that the house is bank-owned, and as such, they aren't that motivated to get it sold.
