I have noticed I have become super paranoid lately.  I find myself looking over my shoulder a lot and always jumping to the worst conclusion.  No I am not thinking Ninjas are going to jump out and kill me or the CIA is going to take me away and do something horrible.  I am just convinced everyone is judging me, what I eat, what I wear how I talk
