So I have a Mac, it came with alot of things, Safari and all these things, and I am trying to figure out what i want to use with my computer, so I am asking opinions, I have a 205 iBook OS X version 10.4.10, 1.42 GHz Power PC G4 processor, 512 MB memory. I can say I think I like Firefox a LITTLE bit more because I can LJ with Rich Text, but for ( Read more... )

Adium is the coolest chat program for Mac ever.
Except no video capability. But still pretty cool.
iChat's a close second. Microsoft sucks rubber donkey lungs.

I have never heard of it, what does it do that makes it better and why??? can I download it for free???

I'd highly recommend Firefox over Safari. If for no other reason than the fact that it is more widely used, and therefore more widely tested by web developers, so the chances of running into an incompatible website are lower.
