1) Making ice cream without having to go to the effort of cooking the custard. Just whizz up the (free-range) eggs until fluffy, gradually add sugar and beat until dissolved, then add a small amount of milk, loads of cream (flavour pre- or mid-churn depending on the type of ice cream being made). Use quality ingredients and make sure everything

I borrowed my sister's ice cream maker so I've been making ridiculous amounts of icecream lately. Luckily my flatmate and boyfriend are also icecream fiends so they both assist in the eating process, thus helping me NOT to become too much of a lardass!

I live for the day I have my own house with real herb garden that isn't in pots!
