it was so easy too. I love easy stuff.

Hence I have been neglecting my Le Cordon Bleu Advanced Dessert Techniques book.

i made this recipe with the choc and plain biscuit base. it was delicious!! good cheesecake tip is to bake it with a bowl of water underneath so it doesn't crack as easily.
