OMG, I am losing sleep over this show - literally!!! I'm absolutely in love with KIWI KITCHEN (said Kutchen) or KK for short. I love the sound of kiwi kitchen! my sister has foxtel IQ so I'm going to ask her to record it for me, and also hubba hubba bobby chinn, I CAN'T WAIT to watch! I want to go to vietnam ASAP, mostly to go to his restaurant on the off chance that he'll be there and I can dry hump him.

Yeah, check out KK!! I fken love it so much - he's like a dorkier, less ascerbic version of Bourdain. I have a bit of a tv cook crush on him!!!

I found the recipe for his sandwich thing:

Drunken Jam Sandwich Pancakes

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 cup cream
2 tbl brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
8 slices white bread
4 Tbl jam
1/4 cup sultanas
1/4 cup 'old booze'

Method

Soak the sultanas in the 'old booze' overnight
Beat together the eggs, sugar and cream
Add the flour and combine
Make the bread and jam into jam sandwiches and cut into fine dice
Add to the batter.
Add the boozey sultanas

Cook pikelet

HILARIOUS!
