Why my bike, you cowards?

Today (or rather yesterday, or the night before, I didn't leave the house now did I?), for the umpteenth time, my bike was mauled. It's happened before (see various rants in this LJ's past), but never as serious as this time. The lock (a big fat chain affair) was broken, so was the stand and bits of the front and back light. And the stuff was lying ( Read more... )

This is when the word 'bugger' fits! Of course 'fuckers' is even better but you've already used that!

Anyway, sorry to hear about your bike! This sort of thing happens a lot in the UK and I'm glad that it's different in Munich. Fortunately for me, and unfortunately for you, Munich is like a Toytown so there is very little crime. Wish it was like that all over Germany.

Oh, I won't abuse the word "bugger" for this - it's one of my favourite English words, and it doesn't even come close anyhow.

Yeah, King Edmund's Toytown... but then our city has an infamous record of crime against bikes.
And LOL electricity. I forgot that option. I was thinking about that (or a scream alarm, or some nasty chemicals) last time the bike got molested.

....and fill the tyres up with cyanide gas so if they let the tyres down they get killed! Hurrah! You'll go out to your bike tomorrow and they'll be a pile of dead people! lol

Bugger is my favourite word! :)

Ah, but I put the bike in the cellar for now. Couldn't stand to leave it outside like this. But then again, the image of the dead people has its merits. And a sign above them, "They Should Have Known Better". YAAAYY!! :-D

Bugger. I even say it aloud a lot. I think it's so utterly British and to-the-point.

I don't have a guess as to who did it. I chose "wrath, fury, and insults" because it was closest to my opinion, but actually I'd go with cold anger rather than hot anger. Something more like "I can't imagine why anyone would do such a thing to my bike, but you'd better hope I never find out who you are. Pathetic. Cowardly. Do you even think you had a point?"

I'm really sorry about your bike.

Yeah, I thought about something along those lines too, only it was too long for the poll. ;-)
But thanks for the sympathy. Poor bike. *sniff*

Oh, and also sulk and stop believing in humanity. That's a given.

Probably. Humanity? Ask next door, haven't seen any here for ages...
