That is a lot of AT-especially considering that my armor is like tissue paper to most of your guns.
I am going to have to hope we get a mission that lets me focus fire.-p38s…ug;)

I always laugh about your hate for the P-38s - the reason I grab them is because they are a low to mid level German tank that is affordable. Especially when compared to the other German tanks, they are just completely meh.

One day I'll bring along some Panzer 3s - armor 3 all around, three machine guns, and the same gun on the P38s only with a higher ROF. Granted, 4 of them will run me an extra 170 points, but I'd love to give them a shot. Or I could grab some Panzer 4s, which opt for a 75mm gun that's AT 7, FP 3, and can shoot a 48" bombardment. Then again, that'd be half my 1200 point army, so I'm not sure it'd be worth it.

The issue with the p38s is the reroll (I think it is called armored crew compartment) and fp 4+ on the gun.
They are damned near impossible to kill and confirm hits with stupid ease. It doesn’t help that only my S35s and Chars have fp 4+ or better. So I have to throw a lot of lead their way to fish for kills and on balance they don’t represent a huge points investment for Germans.
