It's refreshing when a TV show makes you cry, it's refreshing when that same tv show makes you laugh so much you squirt milk through your nose. There is something about a good cry when you aren't upset about any one thing in particular, just a lot of little, medium and a smattering of large things ans a TV show ends up pushing you over the edge. You're right. Sometimes, the only thing left to do it cry. Crying, sleep and food can make anything better.
