“Shit! It’s almost two-thirty. I’d better plug you in. I wouldn’t want to leave you turned on all night.”
*sporfle* Oh Jeff. Loved this chapter! :)

Lol, I have to confess to some method-writing with this chapter... I wrote the middle-of-the-night conversation at 1:30 a.m. while under the influence of some strong painkillers (I'd recently had major surgery). When Sun was beta-ing this chapter, she was like, "Yeah... it shows!" :-)

“Hey, how come? I thought you’d be perfect for the part of the Like Button.” BWAHAHAHA! This still cracks me up. The whole Jeff/Wayne conversation is great. I love how even though Wayne was once Jeff's significant other, they can still have this friendly, casual relationship. It's like they both knew they weren't meant to be as lovers, so they can get past it and still enjoy each other's company. Well, until Jeff finds out about Wayne and Chip! But even that comes off more as a "my two closest friends have paired off and are leaving me behind, and they couldn't even bother to tell me" kind of hurt than jealousy. The question remains though... is there someone out there for Jeff? IS THERE????
our very own cat whisperer to the stars, Dr. Bradley Sherwood! This still is and always shall be hilarious. Is it wrong that I can totally see Brad doing this after the Colin and Brad tour ends ( ... )

Excellent, excellent, excellent. I'm SO glad that came through -- I was trying really hard to have their dating relationship be the awkward thing and then their friendship be the thing they can relax into. And yeah, Jeff's reaction was definitely more about his own aloneness than the fact that Wayne and Chip had got together.

Oh, no, not at all. It's a cool quirky detail and it makes sense to have it keep popping up :)
Although the next time you write a fic I think you should include a hearing clock. I'm just saying.

Oh Greg. I love you so much.
It's so very interesting how Jeff acts normal to Greg actually talking to him. He's so lonely that his mind needed to create someone who couldn't leave him alone, someone who could literally guide him, be it around the LA streets or through life, like he's doing here...
