After 9 years of working at the same library, I have finally recieved a promotion. Yes folks, I am going to become a children's librarian trainee! I am very excited. My parents are home from their trip to Ireland. I picked them up at JFK last night. I'm starting to become an airport driving pro, based on my three trips to JFK in the last 2 monthes. I just finished Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince and I loved it. The ending was somewhat predictable, I won't spoil it, unless I don't like you... ;-) BUt overall, it made me really want to read the 7th book. I enjoyed this book for the sole reason that it just draws you in completely to the story and I really didn't want to put it down. ( Read more... )

Last night I went with Andy, Sean, Selena and Pete to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I worked 9-1:30, then met Selena and Pete PROMPTLY at 1:35 at Stop and Shop to do some food shopping.
