Promotion Notion
After 9 years of working at the same library, I have finally recieved a promotion. Yes folks, I am going to become a children's librarian trainee! I am very excited. After a bit of rough water concerning my vacation, I have been granted permission to continue with my trip, and start my new job on Sept 19th!!! YAY!!!! So I'm pretty excited about this. I'll be working TWO librarian trainee jobs. No more being a clerk!!!
In other news, I've just been relaxing....ie, seeing my friends, going out on dates, just basically trying to enjoy the summer.
I'm reading the Historian now and I really am getting into it. I went from reading 15 pages a day to reading 100 pages yesterday. The story started off slow but I stuck with it and it keeps getting better. I really recommend it.
