I thought maybe taking the TV home would allow me some peace from Izzy, the Continually Enraged. But no. No no nonononononononono! She's playing the reality shows on her laptop. I have some cough drops, you could choke her and make it seem like you were helping instead.

It's 24 hour quiet hours, you can tell your CA your roommate is being loud and she'll get yelled at.

tempting as both of your suggestions are, she has stopped coughing every thirty seconds. She says that it's allergies, but I don't know...

I'd feel guilty to report her for something so mundane.

And she's in Phi Sig, and their animal is ducks. So she has about 70 ducks and duck-themed items that were given to her by other people in her sorority.
