Right. Battle of Maldon essay is FINISHED. It's shit, but apparently Bernard liked my Dream of the Rood one, so all is good and sexy. I don;t really know what I've been doing this week - it's all gone very quickly, but I don't seem to have done much. I went to Ely last summer to see Byrhtnoth's tomb. I don't think he gets many visitors; most of the cathedral staff didn't know who or where he was :(
