That's why whenever I drive anywhere I only use mapquest or google map directions. I don't care if people have a "better" way to where I am going; they usually are wrong...:P

Ugh, I hate Mapquest. For kicks I typed in how to get to my house to my friend's house which is really straight forward and it had me going all over the place! Took me a hour to get there for them but it takes only 40 minutes.
Oh her way was straight forward and correct since that's the way my breeder friend gets home from my house but my mom just wrote it down in a horrible way that was like ancient Egyptian ;)

Well at times mapquest is stupid, but only if YOU know where you are going...if it's somewhere new, it's a lifesaver. Everytime I have an interview somewhere, I use that or Google maps and am never late...;)
Oh...well maybe she needs a translator...:P

what other things are you interested in? I can see that using names from Harry Potter is getting tough since there really aren't tons of characters. Have you ever read any of Anne McCaffrey's Dragonriders of Pern series? Because there are some great names in those. I would definitely be ok with giving my rat a dragon name if I had one. (The people names are good too).
What does 'self dumbo' mean? I'm pretty sure the dumbo refers to the ears but I don't understand the 'self' part.

There are lots of characters, you just have to look past the main people and look to the Death Eaters, historical characters, the people from the 70s, etc etc. It is hard though.

I'm also interested in the Zelda games (obviously hehe) and Disney, Star Wars, etc. I really like to keep my themes together though and only use maybe two themes tops, hence the Zelda option as well as the Potter :P
I never read those series, everybody keeps talking about them so maybe I should!

Yes, dumbo refers to the ears. A self rat is a rat with no white anywhere on it's body, a 'bad' self can have socks, white feet, but it can still be called a self. You look at the belly of a berkshire and it has a lot of white, an irish and it has a little white, a self and it has no white.

Anne McCaffrey's Pern books are amazing. If you like dragons (especially dragons portrayed in a positive light) you'll love them. All her dragons names end in -th (Faranth, Zaranth, Mnementh, Canth, etc) and the peoples names are pretty cool too, not too out there but i like them. I started reading her books in middle school and for like two years I was determined to have two daughters and name them Sallah and Lessa. lol

I adore dragons, have since I was a little kid. I grew up on The Reluctant Dragon hehe. I also adore Dragonheart.
