I think I'm obsessed with the movie Across the Universe. I've always been a fan of the Beatles, since I was in nappies really (U2 as well)! I fell asleep listening to Beatles music as a baby and I have fond memories associated with their music. John Lennon was also my childhood hero. This movie...I was afraid when I saw the trailer. About a week or so ago I was in Westwood Village for therapy. There's a Borders there and although I'm mostly a Barnes & Noble girl, I went in because their hot chocolate=orgasmic joy. Friday wasn't a good day. I hadn't gotten to sleep until 5 so I woke up fairly late (1:30, yikes!). Mom was already in a bad mood from having an argument with my brother. It seems she doesn't feel wanted when she goes to visit the baby. So we run a few errands and come home where she starts preparing dinner while I clean off the table for later. ( Read more... )

The last week has been busy but boring. I've been going to my mom's work with her to pick up some extra cash. At the same time, I've increased my job search, making my search radius wider.
