You know, I'm not Catholic either...I'm sure God would struck us both down for setting foot in the Sistine Chapel! *rolls eyes* I have a fascination with the Vatican, it's so mysterious and historical. Angels & Demons is my favorite Dan Brown book and I loved the movie.
Same! I just love history, art, and old cultures so the Vatican is up there in my MUST VISIT places. OMG, Angels & Demons was his best book and I loved the movie version! How amazing was Ewan McGregor's performance!? *dies*
I was very disappointed in the DaVinci Code movie. Did you notice any discrepancies in Angels & Demons besides little things being left out for time sake? It's been a while since I read it and I wondered if that was why I liked it so much because I didn't remember the details. But I've talked to so many people who loved it too and I'm just so glad they made such a great movie out of it. I want to go to the Vatican someday. I really want a rosary that's been blessed by the Pope for some reason even though I have barely any clue what you do with them!
oh, another question...what cell phone do you have right now? We're eligible for new phones soon and I know you and I have similar tastes. I'm leaning towards the Alias or Alias 2 (if I get the Alias 2 I'll have to wait a little while since it's a lot more expensive). Any suggestions?
