Vermont should be beautiful this time of year, all that snow

Apr 26, 2016 15:37

I am still in Vermont. Still in this house. Still with these people. I feel as if I've always been here. I'm starting to forget my real life.

This must be what Stockholm Syndrome is like.

And this is what I woke up to this morning )

I can only imagine how exhausting twins are! One benefit of having kids when you are young - more energy to take care of them!

I can sustain that amount of energy for a while, but not indefinitely. Not anymore!

A couple days of taking care of niece and nephews leaves me exhausted, too! I am sure Erin is so glad you are around to help. I often wonder what my brother and SIL would do without my parents around to help when one of the kids is sick...

I'm sure the weather isn't helping. (I'm contemplating AC today but the humidity hasn't hit yet so I'm being firm w/my whining.)

Babies!

Hang in there

Nine more days.

Erin got some sleep last night and is more human today. I made her go to the grocery store and she's making dinner. That'll make her feel like things are less out of her control, I think.

It's 50 and sunny today. At least there's sun. :)

I'm so glad you posted, and I hope the sun has come out for you. The babies are really cute but this sounds crazily stressful and that laundry room is the stuff horror films are made of. :) Hang in there!
