it takes so damn long to see a dr, though. besides, if you are like me, you wait it out until you know you have to see a dr like right now before you do anything about it. course, you say you feel fine otherwise, so you may be better than me about drs *l*

I hate doctors.
I absolutely LOVE my personal/regular doctor.
Going to this "take care" clinic was a blatant reminder of why I never went to the doctor unless I was on death's doorstep... kinda like I was when I was sick last spring and ended up in the hospital for over a week. :/

My suggestion for an issue with sinuses...Neti pot. If you don't have one...get one. They are amazing...once you get over the slightly icky factor of pouring water in your nose >.>
I head sinus headaches all the time since my last sinus infection, and the neti pot is amazing!

I bought mine at Shoppers Drug Mart...but I'm pretty sure that's only a Canadian Store.
