i really understand your reluctance here. i wish i could tell you what to do. i like to try to see the silver lining, too, and i would get burned again and again. i don't want that to happen for you. if your grandma really cared, even if it wasn't her intention to get in touch with you again, she wouldn't have said the cruel stuff that she did. i think if she wanted to get in touch with you, she needs to not go through your sister. i don't know... *hugs*
Wow. I read back a few posts to remind myself of the details, and wow. Tough call here. Maybe you need to just tell all of them "Look, you know where to get in touch with me. If you feel like it fine, I will listen. But I'm not ready to be the one reaching out right now."
I hate to think that the doors care just closed, but I also don't think you need to open yourself up too much, especially not after what has gone down recently. Best of luck, and keep us posted?

Tell them to go suck a dick. Especially if you're through with things. Seriously. If they want to "talk" to you, then they can write a letter and you can choose whether you read it or not. Or how much of it you want to read.
They do not get to corner you and try and "talk to you about it". Screw that. That's all I have to say on the matter!
