More news on the live action Cowboy Bebop movie. Apparently the story "will not be an original one, but will pick up from where Spike is at present." Umm...without spoiling the ending of the anime for aflaweddesign, all I can say is how the heck is that even possible? The story ended. There's nothing more that can be done with it. Bah...

Three days ago, my tatami room was completely clean, waiting for the arrival of my brother. Today, it's a complete mess. *sigh* I know what I'll be doing when I come back from shopping.

My new story (that I actually like) is now up to over 2,500 words typed, and that doesn't count all of the handwritten pages that I have yet to type. With the rate I'm going, this could turn out to be a decently long story, which would be really cool ( Read more... )

The date for the destruction of my English School building has been set. They are determined to tear it down the last week in November, which means that we have until this coming Sunday to pack up all of our things. Ugg. I need to go (sometime soon) to a concert where I can have fun and dance and go crazy. I'm starting to feel antsy, and the new music I bought on Sunday isn't helping at all. Bah...

I am sadden by the fact that the comedian Mark Lowry is going to be at the Lied Center in Lincoln at the of this month, and I won't be able to go to his show. Within the time span of less than two days, two of my favorite adult students have quit on me. This does not make me happy. :(

In happier news, my sermon's up to 10 1/2 minutes and I have yet to write a conclusion and do the major revising it needs. That's reserved for tomorrow when I can print a hard copy to scribble on.

Why do I always seem to get inspired to write when it's late and I should be in bed/I am in bed? At least I've gotten started on my mini-sermon. I think I'm going to be focusing on how faith can make the impossible possible. Depending on how I like the end result, I might post it here when I'm done.
