OMG. I've SEEN this film!!! My friend suggested it to me when I was in Korea. I loved the scene where they are on the bicycle together against the country background. Just the two of them with the wind blowing past them and... yeah.
And an absolutely gorgeous vid. I love the cuts and it makes me ache in the best way possible. I've watched it twice but I think I need to watch it again. Yes.
Wow, I mean, w-o-w! I only watched this video because of its prodigious vidder, and I was not disappointed. I can't even point out the moments that have the strongest impact because the whole video, as one cohesive unit, is seamlessly put together. It's difficult to separate one block of the video, and it all works together brilliantly. The video has an excellent internal and visual rhythm complemented by the little mundane moments that are anything but, and the heated moments, and the moments of gravity and realization. Another fantastic video!
The ending of this movie was frustrating in that nothing was resolved, but it was so ~indie~ that way, just like Nagisa no Shindobaddo. But I loved this vid. <3
It killed me, that ending. I just... I had been seeing the whole movie a certain way and I wanted it to resolve that way. So... when it didn't, I realized that one day I would have to disect it visually for all to see. :)
