10 cups or so of homemade chicken stock
3 eggs
Juice of 3 lemons
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 cups of leftover basmati rice
1+ cups of leftover cooked chicken
Salt and pepper to taste

Start chicken stock heating. Whisk together eggs, lemon juice, and parsely. When the stock is hot, put one ladle into your egg mixture while whisking. Repeat with several more ladles of broth until egg mixture is hot.

Put rice and chicken in broth, then pour in egg mixture while stirring. Heat until everything is soup-temperature, but don't allow the mixture to boil.

There is one true rice, basmati, and the rest are unworthy.

Wait, jasmine rice is ok in a pinch.

Arborio rice is different, but good.

But cheap rice, pale, wan, terrible rice, rice that exists to keep your food from touching itself, that is an abomination.
