You know those ugly lines around the outside of the page that you sometimes see in PDFs? Those are guidance to the printer to cut the paper off HERE. It's how some books are smaller than standard paper sizes.
This particular document is winging its way to Taiwan, even as we speak, to be printed there and tossed in the appliance boxes. Which are then shipped all over the world, including Germany, where they evidently REALLY CARE about ergonomics.
