Leg not looking better. Spoke with ER. Will be speaking with primary care first thing in morning. I am certain, at the very least, a change in antibiotics is in order. I suspect, more likely, there will be a hospital stay. It is becoming very painful.

I'm very concerned with what's going on. Hopefully, the primary care doctor will react accordingly. You might want to drop a note/call on your oncologist, just for co-ordination of care (I don't know how much your various doctors talk to each other).
