As always, your food looks very delicious! I know how to cook quite a few dishes, but nothing that sophisticated...haha.

Aww, this meal isn't sophisticated at all (except maybe in taste) - really, it's entirely dependent on the quality of the ingredients - good basil, tomatoes and the best fresh mozzarella you can find - slice them all up, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, and you're all set!

Ooooh, that's definitely good! And it did - both taste and look good. I'm just very grateful that we finally found a reliable producer of fresh mozzarella after years of being disappointed by dry and/or plasticy posers.
